でInternal Server Errorがでるのです。

設定は、
$script='http://www.chihata.com/cgi-bin/shop_cgi/cart.cgi';
$scrpath='/cgi-bin/shop_cgi';
# ├cart.cgi
# ├cart.inf
# ├*.pll
# ├*.pl
# └*.zcd
$shopdir='/home/cart';
# └html、image

$shopurl='http://www.chihata.com/cart';
$datadir='/home/cart/data';
$dataurl='http://www.chihata.com/cart/data';
$timeoffset=9;
$charcode='sjis';
$zeiritu=5;

それぞれのパーミッションは、
/cgi-bin/shop_cgi -> 755
/cgi-bin/shop_cgi/* -> 755
/home/cart/data ->755
/home/cart ->755
です。
そのほかのパーミッションの組み合わせも結構ためしたのですが...。

ちなみにエラーのないようは、
「Internal Server Error」
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

どうしたらよいものでしょうか？
